Moving to Feelings Practice
In today’s world we are very conditioned to have a reason for what we feel. It is good to unlearn the conditioned way and allow yourself to simply feel all feelings. In this practice let yourself to move to each feeling for the duration of a song [4 min] and switch between the feelings, randomly. 1 feeling per song. Ex: You will move to shame then you will move to thrill, then you might move to despair then to grief then to ecstasy. There is no story needed to feel any feeling. This practice will allow you to feel without the reason to feel. Doing this a practice [rather than a dance] allows you to increase your feeling capacity.
